Obituary for Nannie Lou Carr (Puckett)

Nannie Lou Puckett Carr, age 86 of Jackson Michigan passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018, in Jackson, Michigan at the home of her son Clarence and his wife Christine, with whom she made her home.

Born July 7, 1932, at War, West Virginia, she was daughter of the late Jake and Elva Mullins Puckett. She was a homemaker and was of the Holiness Faith. Nannie loved to serve the Lord, loved her family, and enjoyed spending time with them.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; two Daughters, Teresa Carr and Nancy Carr; one son, Danny Carr; three brothers, and four sisters. Nannie was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Florinda “Tinker” Mullins and husband Kenneth of Paynesville, West Virginia
Two Sons
Paul Carr and wife Julie of Ramsey, Minnesota
Clarence Carr, Jr. and wife Christine of Michigan
Ten Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren, and one-Great-Grandchild on the way

Funeral services for Nannie Lou Puckett Carr will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018, 12:00 Noon at the Church of God, Three Forks at Jolo West Virginia with Jessey Estep and Gary Loudermilk officiating. Burial will follow in the Hatfield-Puckett Cemetery on Buckeye Road at Three Forks, West Virginia.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening at 6:00 P.M. at the church. A service will be held at 7:00 P.M.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.

Virginia Funeral Home of Grundy, Virginia is in charge of the arrangements.
